30 days Right of return
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, we grant a 30-day right of return. Simply use the return sticker enclosed with your delivery.
After the goods have been delivered to you, you have 30 days to decide. If it is complete and in an unused and undamaged condition in the original packaging, you can
to return the goods to us without giving reasons and against reimbursement of the purchase price already paid.
This voluntary return guarantee does not apply to digital content or software that is not delivered on a physical medium or if the medium is in a sealed package and the seal has been removed after delivery.
The punctual dispatch of the goods is decisive for compliance with this extended return period. We also bear the costs of the return within the scope of this voluntary return guarantee when using our return sticker. Valid for all deliveries within Germany. The statutory right of revocation remains unaffected by this provision.
Alternative Dispute Resolution:
From 15 February 2016, the EU Commission will provide a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution. This gives consumers the opportunity to resolve disputes in connection with your online order initially without the intervention of a court. We are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board and are not prepared to do so.
